A: We are not a shop or restaurant but registered and council verified home based kitchen in Flatbush

Q: Are you open 7 days a week?

A: No, we operate Tuesday to Friday.

Q: What meats are in the Egusi?

A: Is smoked fish and beef tripe. However we are happy to add any meat of your choice for an additional fee or make it completely vegetarian on request. 

Q: What is the main ingredient in the Egusi?

A: Pumpkin seed, Spinach or silverbeet, palm oil, tomatoes and spicy.

Q: What meats are in the Okro Soup?

A: Smoked fish, beef tripe, crab and goat meat.

Q: Is your food spicy?

A: Is very mild however we can make it very hot on request.

Q: Do you have a vegetarian option?

A: Yes we are happy to meet your dietary requirement. Please let us know at booking.

Q: Can I have the soup by itself?

A: Yes you may, however we recommend you purchase fufu or any swallow of your choice to eat with your soup.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: By bank transfer, eftpos and online payment. 50% payment is required to secure your booking.
